The AI that knows your business: what a Company Brain is

You use ChatGPT every day. It helps you write, think, and get things done. But there is one thing ChatGPT cannot do: answer questions about how your company works. It doesn't know your documents, your procedures, your clients, your history. To ChatGPT, your business doesn't exist.

A Company Brain solves exactly this.

What it is, in simple terms

It is your own corporate AI, trained on your data. You upload the documents you want, in any format, even photos. And from that moment on, anyone in the company can ask it questions about work and receive an answer in seconds.

"How do I fill in that form?" "What is the return procedure?" "What did we decide with that client last year?" Instead of searching through ten folders or asking the colleague who "handles it", you ask the AI and you get the answer.

The problem it solves

In every company, there is trapped knowledge. It sits in someone's head, or buried in a document no one can find, or in a two-year-old email. When that person goes on vacation, or changes jobs, that knowledge disappears with them.

The Company Brain pulls that knowledge out and makes it accessible to everyone, always. You no longer depend on someone's memory or the patience to search.

Everyone only sees what they need

One important thing: not everyone sees everything. Access is role-based. Administration accesses their files, an employee maybe only how a certain task is carried out or internal rules. Everyone gets the answers they need, and nothing more. Sensitive data stays where it belongs.

No corner cutting here

This is the part I want to be honest about. A Company Brain is a powerful tool, and that is why it must be built by someone who knows what they are doing.

Two things matter more than anything else. The first is privacy: your data stays yours, it doesn't train other people's models. The second is security: these systems can be attacked with techniques like prompt injection, where someone tries to make the AI say or do things it shouldn't. You need the right guardrails from the start.

Done well, a Company Brain saves you a lot of time and removes your dependency on key people. Done poorly, it becomes a risk. The difference is who builds it for you.

If you have a mountain of documents and procedures and you'd like to query them instead of searching for them, write to me. I'll tell you if it makes sense for your business.
