Car rental, from search to booking
The rental request went entirely through phone calls and messages, with a lot of questions repeated every time. Online there was no place to see the available vehicles and get an idea of prices and conditions.
I built the site with the vehicle catalog and a guided rental request: the customer chooses the car, the dates and the essential details, and reaches the company already with everything that's needed. I integrated automatic answers to the most frequent questions to take repetitive work off whoever handles the requests.
Requests come in more complete and with less back and forth. The customer immediately sees what's available and the company receives contacts that are ready to handle.
